We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 48 hours. Ship the item back to the address provided. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
