Most Voolt electronics and gadgets are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from the delivery date.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Items that stop working under normal use within the warranty period
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
How to make a claim
Email mzksoftz@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video if possible. We'll get back to you with next steps — usually a replacement or refund.
